It’s that time of year again – awards season is here! Today we will be talking about the Hugo Awards!
The Hugo Awards are a fan award and one of longest-running and most prestigious under the SFF umbrella. Each year the winners are announced at the World Science Fiction Convention (aka WorldCon). Worldcon 2017 or WorldCon 75, will take place in Helsinki, Finland between from 9-13 August.
Now, even if you are not attending WorldCon 75, please note that ANY SFF fan can sign up for a supporting membership ($40/€35) which gives you the right to nominate and vote for the Hugos – this year’s nominating process is already open.
