Smugglers’ Stash & News

Hello everyone and HAPPY SUNDAY! It’s a very special Sunday edition of the stash, because today is Ana’s birthday! HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEAREST ANA BANANA!

Let’s get down to business so we can get down to cake, shall we?!

This Week on The Book Smugglers:

People–this is a big week. On Monday, we kick off the week with the publication of a short story! “Falling” by Susan Jane Bigelow is an interstitial short story, set between Broken (Book 1 in the Extrahuman Union series) and Sky Ranger (Book 2 in the series), and follows Sky Ranger in the aftermath of the collapse of the Extrahuman Union. The short story will be up for free here, and will also be included in the ebook edition of Sky Ranger (available 6/28).

We present you with The Book Smugglers’ Quarterly Almanac, Volume 1. This volume includes original short stories from John Chu and Charles Payseur, plus features some most excellent fiction from Tansy Rayner Roberts, Susan Jane Bigelow, and Roshani Chokshi–not to mention lead essays from Genevieve Valentine, Sunil Patel, and more. We absolutely cannot wait to share the almanac with you!
