Over at Kirkus: Wayward Deluxe Book 1 by Jim Zub

It’s Friday, which means we are over at Kirkus for our regular weekly column!

Today Thea reviews the deluxe collectible edition of Wayward (Book 1) by Jim Zub with art from Steven Cummings.

The deluxe edition collects the first 10 issues of Wayward, plus includes some awesome essays and extras from the author–and it’s every bit as wonderful as the first graphic novel (which Thea loved). Get the full review here.

Thea James is one half of the maniacal duo behind The Book Smugglers. She is Filipina-American, but grew up in Hawaii, Indonesia, and Japan. A full-time book nerd who works in publishing for her day job, Thea currently resides in Astoria, Queens with her partner and rambunctious cat. COOKING FOR WIZARDS, WARRIORS & DRAGONS (available August 31, 2021) is her first cookbook.
