March 27, 2015 at 5:12 pmSigh. This $40 hardback (no ebook, no audiobook) is exactly the type of book that entices people to pirate. I am not, I’ll just go read something else, but I can’t afford to spend that much on a book and I’m fairly certain my library won’t be getting a copy.
