Hello everyone — we’re in the endgame now for Smugglivus, so hold on to your hats.
This Week on The Book Smugglers:
Later today, stick around for part 2 of the Feats of Strength: Thea reviews Saga: Vol 1, The Princess of Cortova, The Killables, Conjured and Stray — all 5 books reviewed in no more than 50 words each.
On Monday, our last Smugglivus Guests take the stage! We are thrilled to have SFF author Kate Elliott and blogger Renay of Lady Businesses over for their Smugglivus contributions. Plus, later in the day, Thea is over at Kirkus with a review of YA fantasy novel Defy by Sara B. Larson.
On Tuesday, it is our SIXTH blogoversary! We celebrate Smugglivus proper by taking a look back at 2013, and our plans for 2014.
Wednesday, we’re back to our regular programming (sort of)! Thea reviews fantasy novel The Burning Sky by Sherry Thomas.
On Thursday, Thea reviews another fantasy novel – this time of the historical YA variety, with Dust Girl by Sarah Zettel.
And on Friday we close out the week with Ana’s review of Better Nate Than Ever (finally!) by Tim Federle, plus a review of fairy tale retelling Tinder by Sally Gardner over at Kirkus.
It’s another busy one! Until tomorrow, we remain…
