Holy Crappy Movie, Batman!
So, I’ve finally watched The Dark Knight Rises…and weren’t terribly impressed (SO MANY PLOT HOLES). I am a HUGE Batman fan and up until this point had LOVED all of Nolan’s Batman movies (with a few reservations). But this latest one? AY AY AY. I don’t even know where to start. So instead of going through all the things that did my head in, I will just link to this AWESOME parody over at Cracked which basically lists every single point I questioned and wondered about the movie.
My favourite part:
JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT
Look, I know it’s been eight years, but Batman needs to return.
CHRISTIAN BALE
Wait, what? How do you know I’m Batman?
JOSEPH GORDON-LEVITT
I met you a long time ago, and I could tell by the look in your eyes that you missed your dead parents. So I deduced that you dress like a bat and beat up criminals.
I rolled my eyes SO HARD at that part!
Read all of it HERE. It is super long but way worth it.

August 26, 2012 at 1:21 pmI have to agree with you about Dark Knight Rises. I loved the other two movies, and was a fan of the Animated 90’s show as a kid. But I wasn’t all that happy with Dark Knight Rises, even though I liked the acting. The plot… not so much.
