Smugglivus wouldn’t be Smugglivus without The Smugglivus Pole. We couldn’t rightly claim a true spinoff of the Festivus celebration without posting pictures of the poles, so at long last, here they are! Of course, we decided to take a more bookish spin…

What happens when you ask two book geeks to design a Smugglivus Pole?

Thea’s Smugglivus Pole has had enough of it and decides to absorb Thea. Blob style.

Thea James is one half of the maniacal duo behind The Book Smugglers. She is Filipina-American, but grew up in Hawaii, Indonesia, and Japan.     Ack! We are such morons, we forgot to say that these totally cool Festivus tees were sent to us by the Amazing KatieBabs! Thanks Katie!! You rule! *hugs*

    and yes, we had loads of fun trying to get the pictures done. At one point my pile fell on top of me, but Dear Partner failed to capture the moment *g*

    Smugglivus Over, Cj? NEVER!!! NEVER , Smugglivus shall last FOREVER> muwahahahaha.

    Ahem.

    We still have the feats of strength and then the new blog on Wednesday! THEN it will be over. phew.

    Karen — LOL! I was thinking the same thing. So many poles. And books! And kissing and the rolling around in the books! (I’m pretty sure Thea’s piled-on pic is a forced seduction.) It’s WAY hot.

    🙂 While I love poles it is so nice to be able to put faces to names!

    And I did try pole dancing once (to save a hippopotamus 🙂 It’s actually fun…although probably not so save with the poles you have 😉
