This Week on The Book Smugglers:

On Monday, Ana extends her newfound love for author Franny Billingsly with a review of The Folk Keeper, another fantastical YA novel.

Tuesday, Ana reviews the newest novel in the Horsemen of the Apocalypse series from Jackie Kessler, Rage. We’ll also have Jackie over for a guest post and giveaway of Rage later in the day!

On Wednesday, Thea reads The Emerald Atlas by John Stephens (another YA title, with a decidedly Harry Potterish flavor).

Thursday, Thea reviews one of her most highly anticipated books of the year, I Don’t Want to Kill You by Dan Wells – the third and final book in his John Wayne Cleaver trilogy.

On Friday, we close out the week with a joint review of Mermaid by Carolyn Turgeon.

That’s it for this week! And since we’re in a Harry Potter kind of mood…

Goosebumps. We have goosebumps.

Oooo, I like the cover of Mermaid. Also am looking forward to your thoughts on The Emerald Atlas.

I saw Chimed in the bookshop today and I swear there was a Smuggler-esque voice in my head telling me to give into temptation.

Oh, that Harry Potter poster! I’ll admit, I watched the deleted scenes this morning and got a bit teary at the Petunia and Dudley scene. It wouldn’t have fit with the beginning of the movie but I don’t care, I wish they’d kept it in!
