I’m not sure if you can edit this in some way, but I thought I should let you guys know that the link to your Facebook through the contest entry actually goes to https://www.facebook.com/thebooksmugglers/, which doesn’t come up with anything, because the link that does work is actually https://www.facebook.com/booksmugglers/

By favourite of 2016, do you mean favourite read this year, or published this year? Fav published this year would be ‘Every Heart A Doorway’ by Seanan Mcguire (who may or may not be the main reason I’m interested in this collection), but the overall fav would be ‘Death on the Nile’ by Agatha Christie.

Ah, difficult question is difficult to answer…
as for read in ’16 I’d say “The Penderwicks” von Jeanne Birdsall which I’m currently reading in German is forming to become my years fave.
As for published in ’16, I loved reading the German translation for “The Geeks Guide to Unrequited Love” (German title: “Die (beinahe) größte Liebesgeschichte des Universums”)

I hardly ever get around to reading stuff the year it’s published. My favourite read of the year so far was published last year – Radiance by Catherynne Valente.

Obelisk Gate by Nora Jemisin is my favorite thus far. But that may be because it is the one I’m reading now. There have been many good books this year, & it it difficult to pick just one.
