The Chysalids is amazing. I enjoyed A Moveable Feast very much when I read it a few years ago. It's odd that it's been "tampered" with like that, and with such obvious bias towards the son's own mother. I'm interested to read it--preferably in a Paris cafe! Thanks for a great Smugglivus post!
