I love series books. It’s always nice to find out what happens to the characters we became attached to in the first book. I really enjoy reading about the secondary characters in their own stories. I tend to pick up series books to read before the stand alone books. My favorite would be J.D.Robb’s In Death books, I can’t wait until I can pick up her new one. I just wish they didn’t come out in hardback first.

I like series only if I have all of them and don’t have to wait to get the next book in it…! I hate not knowing whats gonna happen next. And If I don’t get to read, I really get very disappointed
I always purchase books that are not the series kind !

I love series books because I become so attached to the characters that I just can’t wait to read what happens next. That being said, I can’t stand series where the books aren’t strong on their own and end on too much of a cliffhanger. There are quite a few books I’m holding off on reading until the series is finished.

I mostly only read series. I love reading more about characters. Some of my favorites are the Vampire Academy series and the Lords of the Underworld series by Gena Showalter

I like series as long as they progress and don’t just replay the same situations again and again.

But I must admit that when they exceed five book, I do tend to get tired of them !
