oh… how I hate when writters think that spanish is portuguese.
I read one book these days… the caracters went to the amazon. The name of the brasilian caracters? Pathetic and absurd.

First of all, where have I been that I didn’t see that video interview before? That was HILARIOUS, and very much what you can expect from the book.

And I will be getting the Gemma series ASAP! Thea, maybe I can read the first one for a What she Said! : D

Another great thing about the book is how much Cameron sounded like a teenage boy. You know, being one and all. I just read another book with a boy-narrator and he did not sound like a boy at all. Weird. need to ponder

I find it funny in one review you were able to use gorram and wanker

The cover art intrigues and disturbs me at the same time.

I hear you on the foreign language snippets. some time ago I read a historical in which the heroine is asked if she speaks French, and she answers in the affirmative – but in Italian rather than French. It’s the thing that I remember most about the whole story.

Let’s not even mention incorrect German usage.

im glad you qualified that it’s schizophrenic in a *good* way. when i saw the summary and some other information on it before your review i thought it looked too all over the place for me, but your review gives me hope!
