Ooo...I've been to the Tower, the Mutter, Gettysburg, Salem, and New Orleans. Salem is definitely a bit cheesy, but talk to the rangers at the at the visitor's center (I think it's a National Historic Site) and they can steer you towards the good stuff and away from the cheesy. The one I spoke to also gave me a great reading list about Salem.

I have a really soft spot in my heart for New Orleans, and we were just there back in August. The Historic Walking Tours of New Orleans does a FANTASTIC ghost tour - no gimmicks, no stopping in bars where you have to buy drinks, just plain good old fashioned ghost stories with really knowledgeable guides.

The Mutter is just weird. Weird. Weird.

Something not on the list but creepy and fun - the Underground tour in Seattle. The city is basically built on top of itself and there's tunnels running around underneath the Pioneer Square area which still have the streets and building fronts and such - it's amazing and creepy.

I've been to Gettysburg and New Orleans. I went to New Orleans for work, so I didn't get a lot of time to sightsee, but I would love to go back.

I took a cruise to Bermuda..I wonder how close to the triangle I was...
