Christine – yes, you are right. Phin here is completely different from what I expected and it’s very interesting to see those scenes from his point of view.

Great review, Ana! I just posted a review for Bound By Your Touch the other day–LOVED it!!– and after reading the excerpt for Written On Your Skin, I can’t wait to read it! Actually, I’d be anxious to read Meredith’s next works without having read any excerpts!

I never really decided if I liked Phin so much in BBYT, but knowing Meredith’s talent in rich characterizations, I’m sure he’s much more complicated than I dared imagine. She’s amazing like that.

At this point in time, I will read anything Meredith Duran writes.

Telling it like it is That was one fantastic review Ana! I was completely enthralled…and the book sounds like it will be just as enthralling. I love being part of the journey characters take *SIGH*

People have said that reading Joan Didion is like eating cheesecake; it’s so rich you have to eat slowly and savor every morsel. That’s what Meredith’s writing is like, too. I’m really looking forward to WOYS.

I loved Bound by your Touch but this sounds even better- I cant wait until I get my mitts on this book and I agree Meredith Duran’s writing is lush and rich.

Kati – Good question. Let me ponder.The trust issues here are basically different. It is a matter of life and death situation – of high treason.

But it is also a matter of trusting oneself at a later point, which I guess is similar to BBYT.
