At the beginning of the review I was thinking to myself ‘Yes, this sounds great!’. And then I reached this comment:

Unfortunately, Apocalypse 2012 fails on almost every conceivable level.

And all I could think was: ‘NOOOOOOOOOOO!’

Oh wow, as a writer in the making [not that good but still] I have a hard time comprehending that this got published. I feel like I could have done better. Anyways I kinda like the tsunami of ejaculations. In this sort of book, it would have been a laugh-worthy surprise to take your mind off the fact the apocalypse is hiding…

I snickered at this review.
PS: I soo wanted the apopcalypse to happen too, though I never read this one.

I have borrowed Aztec quite a few times but never actually read it! Maybe if I do I will try to only read the ones that Gary Jennings actually wrote!

WTF is this crap? I love books that make me run to Costco and purchase essentials in bulk, but this is just wrong with a side of lame-sauce.

Oh Goody! I had this in my hands and put it down; thanks for the review so I won’t waste my hard earned cash or my book budget this month. Nothing like wanting to read mayhem and madness AND NOT GETTING IT.. sorta like the recent Anita Blake novels
