You sold me! I have Fragile Eternity waiting TBR. Melissa is a shining star in both the YA and adult book world. Everyone talks about Meyer and her vampires, well Melissa has done that and more with her fairies.

I too must say SNAP with regard to skipping over the review, not because I don’t love your reviews ladies (because I *heart* you both), but because I am on tenderhooks waiting for this book. Ever since I read Wicked Lovely and Ink Exchange (and I’m sorry Ana, but I’m with Thea – while Wicked Lovely was amazing Ink Exchange blew me away ) I have loved Melissa Marr’s writing, especially because it is dark, and things are what they are…life isn’t light and fluffy in her world.

‘Oh my GOD I cannot believe that just happened’, ‘Oh my GOD what is going to happen next’ and ‘Oh my GOD I have no idea how this will all end for Seth, Ash and Keenan’…

*pulls hair out* I WANTS THIS BOOK!

I hoppity skippitied straight to your ‘final thoughts’ section for abject fear of spoilers. I also have abject fear of mid-series crisis, which can be very off putting for readers. I was bouncing up and down on my seat when I saw your rating. I can’t wait for this to be released.

I’m a big fan of Melissa Marr, too… and hence skimmed your apparently very thorough (a.k.a. long) dual review to avoid spoilers.

Of course, I’m thrilled to see both of you give Fragile Eternity such high marks and now I’m even more anxious to read this one. I’ve been gazing and admiring the cover art for what feels like ages… now I want to admire what’s on the inside, as well.

Well based on your score it didn’t disappoint! I only skimmed the review because I have yet to read the book and didn’t want any spoilers being a big fan of Marr as well. I’ll check back once I’ve read it.

*peeks in* You two are evil. Just evil.

I’m laughing (because *hangs head* yall know I didn’t enjoy the first two much) because the point I can relate on the most is the one you make about middle installments being he best – the movies you name are all my favorites too.

If I can get all my chores done – AKA reading everything else I want to this year – maybe I’ll pick this one up. Kind of a Cinderella reward.

So far it doesn’t sound like it’s going to offer much beyond what got me hung up on the others, but one can’t really tell till one actually reads it, so…we shall see!
