Kristen, my memory is fuzzy, so I looked p The Smugglers' interview w/Harrison and this is what Harrison had to say about # of books:

-----------

I didn’t have the first series goal in mind until I finished Dead Witch Walking, actually, and it was only when I finished The Outlaw Demon Wails that I came up with the second series goal. (Which we should reach about book 11 to 13, depending upon contracts and how fast it falls together.)

----------

That was back on November 25, 2008 - so YAY! Lots more to read on the Hollows!

Ana and Thea - Thanks for picking on - er, asking - me! It was fun to read a new book (and start yet another series) and I loved reading your Melusine review.

KMont - Thanks! Now I'm really looking forward to reading the rest since I keep hearing they just get better and better. How many unwritten books are left? Or is there not a set number of books in the series?

katiebabs - I have a problem with series addiction too. Now if only I'd learn to finish one before starting a new one.

Tiah - Thanks! I can't wait to read the next one either. Unfortunately I got my books yesterday and they made a mistake and didn't send me the second one! How infuriating! I'd like to know more about what is up with Ivy too, and whether or not she lied about moving in.

I picked up Dead Witch Walking at Comic Con. Why do I think I am now going to be addicted to yet another series?

Great review, very true to the book (and makes me want to re-read). Like Thea, this is my all-time fave urban fantasy series. Rachel grows and grows and grows. I'm really psyched that there are so many unwritten books left in the series. Glad you liked it, Kristen!
