I love the Evil Dead movies, they are camp and silly and occasionally a bit scary, and brilliant, especially when you think the first one was done with no backing or money and a bunch of friends.

Evil Dead II should be burned and forgotten.
To go from the first movie where it scares you to the point where you are peeing your pants in fear to the hee haw, look at my chainsaw slap stick comedy, is an outrage!!

I hate the woods because of Evil Dead.

Yay!!

Unlike katiebabs, who thought the sequels ruined the first (pffffft) I love ED II and Army of Darkness best. When they let Bruce Campbell pull out the comedy, he just rocks.

The hand-severing scene is one of my favorite scenes ever. So ridiculous, yet so, so good.
